Acknowledgement To start with, I would like to express my gratitude to my parents. It is because of the education provided by them to me that I have been able to develop this Web site. About my father
My father, Shri R.K. Jain, was born in a village located close to Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. He always wanted to do engineering. He was selected at India's most prestigious institute "Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi". He studied on loan because his family did not have enough financial resources to fund his education. Despite graduating from a very reputed engineering colleges, he was not so fortunate enough to find a campus placement. However, he did not lose hope. He came to Delhi to find a job. His family did not have sufficient money to support even his basic needs, so he decided to take on any job for the time being. He opted to work as a foreman with Delhi Electric Supply Undertaking (DESU) despite being an engineer. From this, you can judge his modesty. He repaid back all the loan money slowly and gradually. After some time, he was promoted to the post of Inspector in DESU. His ultimate moment of glory came when he was promoted to the post of Assistant Engineer in DESU. At that time, he was a very happy person. After some time, he was transferred to Enforcement Department of DESU. There, he conducted many raids, thereby bringing lot of money to DESU. Unfortunately, his happy days were not long-lasting. From the enforcement department, he was posted to Operation and Maintenance Department, that too in Bawana, a lonely place 40 kms from his house. Still he did not lose hope and maintained very cordial relations with his colleagues. He was very fond of cars and always dreamed of buying a car. Ultimately, he bought a Maruti car in 1999. On March 11, 2002, as he was going to his office, his car felt into a canal and he was drowned. He was declared dead on being brought to a hospital. He died without taking a single medicine. People pray a lot to get death without suffering. However, it is only the chosen few who get this honor. About my mother
After my father's exit to heaven, my mother, Mrs. Sushila Jain, is constantly helping me in every phase of my life. She was born in Mawana, the sugar bowl of India. Mawana is in Meerut Distt. At her time, elders, especially in small kasbas and towns, used to hesitate when it was the question of sending their girls to schools. However, my mother wanted to study. She studied till B.A. and that too at a co-educational college. I think that, at that time, she was the only lady in whole Mawana to complete graduation from a co-educational college. I must say that she broke all traditions and emerged a winner. Her other sisters got married to shopkeepers but she got married to my father, an engineer. Wow! She is the best mum. She has done everything possible to fill the gap created by my father's exit. All the new-born kids love her immensely. She is always happy. Whenever any of my friend comes, she feels very happy and extends every possible help. Wherever she goes, she spreads happiness. She has a knack of handling kids. Every infant stops crying when he or she comes in my mother's arms. She maintains good relations with each of her relatives. Her relatives respect her a lot and are always ready to do anything to make her feel comfortable. That's the power of my mother. She is a very religious lady. I look upon her as a pillar of great strength. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of my teachers and mentors who continuously encouraged me to to do something different. I cannot forget my English teachers, Physics teacher, Mathematics teacher, German teacher, Personality Development trainer, and Computer teachers. My mentors are doing their best-possible things for me. I owe them a lot. It is because of them that I have been able to create this Web site. I would also like to say thanks to all my friends and well-wishers who are always there to support me. Some of my notable friends are:
